Geso dry oil-free variable frequency air compressor is well-designed and manufactured, using a two-stage compression host that is oil-free and water-free, making compressed air more environmentally friendly, stable, and energy-saving.
Original GESO/GHH air end, the first stage of the Air End casing adopts air cooling method, the second stage casing compartment adopts filtered lubricating oil cooling, avoiding the generation of scale and reliable operation.
The secondary rotor is specially coated for corrosion resistance. The rotor and the inner wall of the compression chamber are coated with a sturdy coating to prevent corrosion and coating peeling off and to extend the service life of the main unit.
Adoption of 180ºC high temperature resistant permanent magnet material effectively ensures the effective operation of the permanent magnet unit.
Protection class IP54 fully enclosed structure.
IE4 energy efficiency reaches the latest international class I energy efficiency
The motor and fan are controlled by frequency conversion regulation, thus making the oil temperature of the air end constant and the running speed lower, and enhancing the service life of the mainframe.
Customized high-performance vector control frequency converter of Huichuan/ABB brand is used,the constant tempera ture of the unit is set at about 82°C, and the constant pressure accuracy is controlled at 0.01 MPA.
Customized frequency conversion speed control can be started at zero speed and adiusted uniformly according to the user's needs.
Linear acceleration, S-acceleration or automatic acceleration can be selected.
Adopting centrifugal fan, new design of separated radial cooling fan, high air pressure, low noise, with special cooler, better effect.
Adopting frequency conversion fan control, the oil temperature is constant and unchanged, prolonging the service life of lubricating oil.
Due to high wind pressure, coolers and filters are not easily blocked.
Intelligent control system with good human- machine communication inter face.
Comprehensive detection of the operating status of the unit by multi-channel pressure sensors and multi-channel temperature sensors, intelligent program control of machine operation.

Timeline of Geso history
BAE MARCONI ELETRONIC SYSTEMS was founded in 1871 in London, England. In the same year, we developed and produced the first reciprocating compressor and devoted ourselves to the development and production of industrial gases.
In 1910, the company's main business expanded to multiple areas: air compressors, nitrogen/oxygen air separation equipment, integrated electronic products, the company's core product development of single-cylinder reciprocating air compressor technology and mass production.
In 1999, the company was founded as "BAE GESO SYSTEMS LTD" and developed the first twin-screw air compressor and established the brand "GESO SYSTEMS".
In 2000, the company developed and produced the first dry-type oil-free screw machine into the market, and it is widely used in the European medical, food and electronic industries.
In 2002, BAE Group set up a representative office in China, products from the United Kingdom after the production of original imported equipment for the Chinese market expansion, and successfully entered the Chinese aerospace and high-precision machining field market.
In 2006, a total of 26 after-sales service operation outlets were built in each provincial capital city in China, fully deploying the after-sales service system to quickly respond to and safeguard users' experience and production safety.
In 2016, a warehousing and logistics center was established in Shanghai, China, to ensure the timely supply of complete machines and spare parts for the Chinese market.
In 2018, the British BAE Group registered in China to establish "Shanghai Geso systems Industrial PLC" and set up a compressor assembly and production plant in Shanghai, China at the same time, with a registered capital of 11 million U.S. dollars.
In 2021, Shanghai Geso systems Industrial PLC. invested and established "Jiangsu Geso Equipment Co., Ltd." and set up a nitrogen/oxygen air separation equipment sales company in Suzhou, and in the same year, set up the second phase of the project of 300 sets of nitrogen/oxygen equipments in Shanghai factory. The R&D and production of nitrogen/oxygen control equipment was added.
In 2022, we invested in the establishment of "Shanghai Geso Energy Equipment Co., Ltd." and registered some of the former offices in provincial capitals as branches to complete the separation of production and sales, and to realize the high efficiency and convenience of national market development and service.
